About the Adult OSCE Exam
The NMC OSCE exam consists of 10 stations:
- Four stations that are interconnected within a scenario, following the APIE (Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation) process.
- Four stations designed to assess clinical skills.
- Two stations designed to assess candidates’ values, behaviors, and their ability to apply evidence-based practice in nursing.

Course Aims
This course is designed with the following aims:

Equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to confidently perform skilled OSCEs, including tasks such as oxygen administration, IM (Intramuscular) injections, nasopharyngeal suctioning, wound assessment, and Antiseptic Non-touch techniques (ANTT).✓
Provide participants with the knowledge and strategies needed to effectively approach scenarios related to professional values and evidence-based practice in nursing.
